So just curious if either of you guys have heard of any firm release
dates for ZFS or LAE for Beta release (for the rest of us :) - and how
to request it?), Solaris Express or Full releases?

Nothing firm, alas, although it's a safe bet that they'll be in a
Solaris Express release when they're ready for general consumption
in a test environment.
