Hi,

I have to download a fixpack for DB2, the problem is that I have
a choice of 2 downloads, one labeled as 'SUN' and the other
as 'SUN64'.

The output of uname -a for the system is:

"SunOS asterix11 5.8 Generic_108528-07 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-250"

Does someone know what version to download?

Guessing wildly at what a "fixpack" is, I would think you would use the
SUN one if you are running a 32 bit kernel and the SUN64 one if you are
running a 64 bit kernel. The command "isainfo -kv" will tell you which
(you could be running either from the information you have given.

Why not ask the people (IBM?) who are providing this "fixpack" - they
would probably have the best information.
