Is GCC supporting SPARC V9 architecture?

Hello,
Is there a version of the GNU gcc compiler that suppports the SPARC V9
architecture for solaris 2.6 (for Sun UltraSparc CPUs)? If so where to
get it? (I'd prefer a binary version).

Thanks a lot,
JF Simon.

Solaris 2.6 won't run SparcV9 binaries - you need Solaris 7 for that.
As for gcc, various versions of egcs have some sparcv9 support, but it's
not really stable yet.
