First of all, I'd recommend you to take a look at the srm(5SRM) man page.
There are two utilities (srmadm and limadm) that can be used to tune
parameters of the fair share scheduler and to set various lnode attribues.
The lnode is a per-uid collection of limits (for example, virtual memory
limit, maximum number of processes, number of cpu shares for FSS, etc)
that is usually created when user logs in to the system for the first time.
Information about all lnodes is stored in the local file /var/srm/srmDB.
To see the set of lnode attributes, try "/usr/srm/sbin/limadm -a".
To see the current settings of the fair share scheduler, try
"/usr/srm/sbin/srmadm show -V3".
