On a working machine and the failing machine, run these three
commands and post the output:
lpget printer-name
lpstat -v printer-name
lpstat -lp printer-name
Replace "printer-name" with the name that's used for the printer
in your lp commands.
Also, describe how you print to the printer. Do you use the lp or
lpr command from a command line? Do you use a pull-down menu in
a GUI program?
