standardized test procedures for digital VLSI test systems.
These procedures cover all aspects of digital IC test, including
design verification, characterization and production test.
Design of the procedures involves working with ATE customers to
define and solve real testing problems. The successful
candidate will have a BSEE/BSCS/BSCE, programming skill in C/C++
and at least five years experience in test system applications.
