1. correct syntax for writing bin file(image to floppy disk)
I was wondering if anyone could assist me in the correct syntax in writing a
.bin file (image file) to a floppy disk - using dd
the syntax I use in solaris is
# dd if=boot.bin of=/dev/fd/0 bs=1440k
This command does not seem to work as nothing gets written to disk any help
is gretly appreciated
