Solaris >= 2.6 Wishlist

Solaris >= 2.6 Wishlist

How about full support for IP multicast?  Its been promised for a
'future' version of the OS for quite some time.

While there is some support there now, if you want to run mrouted you
need to apply an unofficial patch (which gets zapped every time an
official patch is needed).

Just my $0.02 worth.

Admintool and and Solstice must not crash because of such simple things
like malformed lines in /etc/* files.

We had a malformed line in the group file. Admintool and Solstice Admin
crashed when reading the file. This is ridiculous.

We have strange - but according to the man page correct - entries in
/etc/ethers. The both admin tools crash when reading them.
