or alt.test or ...

these newsgroups even generate auto-response from some friendly
news-servers ("we saw your message, must have worked"). I don't
recally if you have to use a special subject for that - maybe
something sooper sekret like "Test"

Then I'm even more sorry.  I did look for groups with titles like that, but
didn't find any.  This is a new service for us, and we're still learning.
We took it over at very short notice from another ISP.  Hitherto we have
contracted out our news service.

Don't worry about it.  Everybody has to start learning somewhere.  It
was a LONG time before I knew about them myself.

These groups even give you a positive response from servers
world-wide.

I didn't know about alt.test, though.

No problem - we all start somewhere.  But here's some free
advice:

        1. Please don't top post.

        2. You're an ISP, and you're using M$ Outhouse for email?
           I hope your bandwidth is cheap...
