Sparc-Linux <==> Sparc-Solaris inter-operability?

Suppose you have two Sparc machines - one running Linux, the other running
Solaris.  Is it possible to run binaries compiled on one on the other?

In theory, it should be, since the CPUs are identical, but there may need to
be compatibility libraries.

"same CPUs" is a LONG way from "runs the same binaries".

But anyways, I hear sparc-linux has solaris compat libraries somewhere.

Unfortunately, I hear that lxrun, for going linux->solaris, only runs on
x86. But I could be mistaken.

I have a 10 GB UDMA IDE drive formatted with Windows.  The first partition
is FAT32, and the second is NTFS.  I can successfully mount the first, but
not the second.  Any ideas?

Suse 7.2 on i86
the drive is mounted on /dev/hdc, and I CAN see hda1, but not hda2
