NEdit is public domain software, available in both source and executable forms
by anonymous ftp to ftp.fnal.gov. When retrieving software from this ftp site,
note that it is also used for internal software distribution within Fermilab,
so there are lots of additional directories and instructions meant for on-site
users. Public NEdit sources and executables are in /pub/nedit/v3_1. Sources
