Elton,
an easy way to do this very quickly copy the /etc/rc2.d/S80lp script to
/etc/rc3.d/S99webstart
Strip out all the rubbish in the case statement.
In the start option of the case type in the command you
would normally use to start your webserver save the file
and try starting the webserver manually by typing something like
/bin/sh /etc/rc3.d/S99webstart start.
