I'm having some trouble with dp-4.0 on Solaris 2.4
THis is on a SPARC 5 and was compiled with gcc. When it tries to call
the service provider, it first prints out a message like:
12/20 10:03:33 9347 failcall: dp0 (PSI): No modem -- check lock files
and then _USUALLY_ dials anyway. The chat script runs okay, and then
things stop. snoop shows me sending 'ping' packets to the address on
the other side of the link, but shows no packets being received.
Additionally, /var/adm/dp/call.log shows :
PSI term/a 12/20/95 09:59:36 00:00:30 dpd ip/icmp I 8/157 O 12/505
... as if packets may have been exchanged. Also, dp.log shows:
12/20 09:59:36 9268 makecall: PPP started to "PSI"

Anyone have any ideas on this?
