I could't help noticing in the FAQ there should exist a beast

1. fixincludes for solaris2.1 gcc-2.4.5 binaries
hi all, (SparcClassic/Solaris2.1/SunOs5.1)
has anyone downloaded this version of the gcc binaries, and ran fixincludes
on them? it seems there is a bug in the fixincludes script: for one thing, the
header file "limits.h" cannot find another include file "syslimits.h", and
a bunch of other related problems.
