Very Computer

I'd like to be able to log or monitor packet traffic on the ethernet
port of my SparcStation5, running Solaris 2.4.  Most desirable would
be a way to increment the monitoring level, such that at some level I
could see for what type of service (smtp, auth, ftp, etc.) traffic is
initiated or completed...

Does anyone know of such a tool for Solaris 2.4?
