I have been using xmosaic-sun (1.2) on Solaris (SunOS 5.3) and am
trying to move to mosaic (2.1) and as there is not a Solaris version I
tried running the Mosaic-sun (2.1) from ftp.ncsa.uiuc.edu. However I
have been told by NCSA that the SunOS 4.x version of mosaic 2.1 has NO
CHANCE of running under SunOS 5.3 like xmosaic-sun (1.2) does.

So does anyone have either:-

- a version of mosiac built on Solaris 2.x with MOTIF
or
- access to a mainframe/workstation running Solaris 2.x with MOTIF
where I can build a binary.

I have one, and have repeatedly e-mail the folks at NCSA, offering
to ftp it to them, having no way to make it available here behind
our firewall. No one has ever bothered to reply.
