Where can I find a version of tcpdump running on Linux? I found a version already
but it is customized for DEC, HP and AIX and I found some problems while compiling.
Anybody has an idea? Thanks.

I got tcpdump-3.2.1 (with smb support) running under linux (with some rather
dirty fixes:-). See

1. Linux-Ready PCI Modem FOUND!
From the drivers on the Japanese side of their site, it looks like a PCtel
soft modem with "Linmodem" drivers. If it's a Lucent-based modem, what
are the numbers on the main Lucent chip? They may have changed to a
Lucent Venus chipset.
