Portslave and multilink ppp

Portslave and multilink ppp

Post by Maciej Mastalarczu » Tue, 09 May 2000 04:00:00

Hi All,

Did anyone have any luck with dial-in multilink ppp using portslave?
There are some mp patches available for different pppd versions, but
none seems to work on pppd patched for portslave.
I tried a few tricks, none worked and I am not good enough to patch pppd
source manually.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks & regards

PS. Linux is RedHat 5.2, kernel 2.0.36, cistron RADIUS portslave-2.0A1
(uses patched pppd 2.3.5)

1. Portslave and Multilink

Hi all,

Has anyone tried to enable multilink on portslave? Is it possible?
Portslave comes with modified pppd, is it possible to apply multilink
patches on it?
