Arcnet and Linux 1.2.8

Arcnet and Linux 1.2.8

I need help configuring arcnet cards to connect two linux machines at my
home. The cards are a "gift" from my boss, who now uses ethernet. These
cards need a home. One of you guys out there knows:

1). Where has the arcnet-linux mailing list moved?
2). How can I make the kernel probe for arc0 instead of eth0 at boot.
3). Why would anyone spend all this time configuring two free arnet
cards when NE*000's are only $30/ea.?
4). What is it about Linux that pushes you to do these things?

1. only show arcnet submenu if arcnet is selected

Trivial: This is a follow-up to your "Gigabit Ethernet submenu" precedent.

Only show the arcnet submenu if the arcnet entry is selected.
