I am receiving the following error in my syslog:

dip[316]: DIP: tty_login cannot TIOCSCTTY: Operation not permitted

If i login with root I do not have this problem. any other user login
will come up with this error in syslog.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated... S2 sends...
