Ethernet Status Indicators:
LINK: Indicates an active connection to an Ethernet device.
ACT: Indicates presence of Ethernet traffic traversing the connection.

Console Port -- Out of Band Modem Connection -- This CONSOLE port on
the router facilitates the connection of an analog modem for remote
configuration and monitoring.
