Linux ISP billing

Linux ISP billing

Post by Gn.Failur » Wed, 04 Oct 2000 04:00:00

Hi all,

Could someone recommend a good "free" ISP billing/accounting package to
use. I'm looking for one that will give me good statistics reports on
usage, along with putting restrictions on number of hours per user and
stuff like that.

Any help would b highly appreciated.

Cheers,
Sandy

Out the 100Base-T, off the firewall, through the router, down the T1,
over the leased line, off the bridge, nothing but Net.

The net will not be what we demand, but what we make it. Build it well.

1. Billing/Accounting package for ISP's??

We are currently looking for a good package to do our billing/account.
doesn't neccessarily need to manage any users or any of the unix side of
things. What do other ISP's use for their customer billing? I'm sure most
have a special home made integrated package. How do they handle the
invoicing/credit card processing? What would be the ideal?
