Can anyone tell what is the different between dedicated line 33.6bps
modem connection with a dial-up 33.6bps connection ? Especially in the
data throughput!

Thank you!

No difference.  The dedicated line will normally come with a static
IP address and of course you can be online all the time.  Your ISP
will probably also route a block of addresses to you if you want to
connect several machines to the net.

But the throughput is the same.
