Hi,

I'd like to set up an FTP server on a Redhat box, offering limited
downloads per user on a monthly basis.

Is there FTP software out there that has this capability built in?  Or
do I have to write a program that monitors the megabytes of downloads
per user and then shuts down the account until the next month?

Wow!  Impressive list of features especially the integration with
MySQL, the database I was planning to use for this project.
