Hi,
    I'm kind of new to Linux and I want to set up an http web server using a
dynamic IP with Apache. How is it done??
Can anyone refers me to a site or anyone that can provide me with the proper
information?

I'm using RedHat 5.2 with the kernel 2.2.4

If you have a Dynamic IP, and want to host a Web, FTP or other Internet Server,
you can get a Dynamic DNS solution from someone like TZO.COM

http://www.tzo.com offers a static domain name for a dynamic IP.  We have Linux
scripts, as well as Windows, Mac a java client software that sends your Dynamic
IP to our DDNS servers each time the IP changes.
