Doing a linux project

Post by a.. » Thu, 19 Aug 1999 04:00:00

Hi all,

Now surely this may have been asked before, but the
FAQ pointed me to a web site that no longer existed.
My question is, how does one get started on a linux kernel
project?
i.e. Who coordinates everything, what are the projects
that need to be done for the next release etc etc. If
someone could point me to a web site or such
that has all this info that would be great.

Many Thanks,

Subud

Just start writing the code, and then contribute it to the kernel build
when you feel ready.

Good luck!

Is someone out there involved in any project porting a multi-user

I am very interested to help and get involved in any development
effort that might be going on in this area?

Any pointers or help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
