I have two machines conected by PLIP. They have worked fine by a few
months. Now I want to connect one of these under DOS. I've got
the Crynwr PLIP packet driver, given that the kernel souce code says
it's compatible. Unluckly it doesn't work.

Is it really compatible, or I misunderstood the coment in the kernel?

had someone tried something similar before?

The PLIP packet driver, version 11.0, in the 11.x release has a bug
for some vendors parallel ports.  It doesn't mask out enough bits.
