Adding e-mail adresses/alias through WEB browser

Hi!

I would like to build a easy interface to add and remove e-mail users and
aliases through a web-browser.

I know you have to edit the "passwd" and "aliases" files inserting user ID
and the crypted password, are there already cgi scripts that do this or if i
make my own; are there any other things to think about?

I have to run the cgi script with setuid root, right?

I'm running Linux 1.3.x (i think it was one of the older versions anyway)
and sendmail.
