Data overruns?

Hello,

Here's the output of netstat -in on my Linux box:

Kernel Interface table
Iface   MTU Met  RX-OK RX-ERR RX-DRP RX-OVR  TX-OK TX-ERR TX-DRP TX-OVR Flags
lo     2000   0      0      0      0      0   3297      0      0      0 BLRU
sl0     500   0  39007      0      0  30170  47973      0      0  38731 PRU
eth0   1500   0  58660      0      0      0  68221      0      0      0 BRU

I've the 1.2.8 kernel. The system is a 486dx/33 with 'slow' ports (i.e.,
non 16550). The modem on the slip interface is a 14.4 at 57600 baud.

What do the RX-OVR and TX-OVR fields indicate? Data overruns?
