I have been installing some code at work that will simulate a delay in
network packets when I run the software I get a "ioctl(SIOCSIFBR)
failed package not installed" message.

Has anyone got any ideas as to what would cause this message? Is there
a package that I need to install to get it to work or is it something
that needs to be compiled into the kernel?
