HELP! : parallel port file transfer

Post by root » Fri, 12 Dec 1997 04:00:00

Hi!
I am looking for a file transfer application which could transfer data
from a linux
box to an msdos system via the parallel port. (something like fx or
fastlynx in the msdos
world). Where can I find that?
                        Thank you very much!

1. file transfer over parallel port?

Is there a package that will allow file transfer between machines (SCO <->
SCO and AIX <-> SCO) over a parallel port? We have a few laptops running
SCO which needs regular updates of about 50MB and would rather not spend
hours making and swapping floppies. Are there any other alternatives?
