OT: Are Cardbus Fast Ethernet cards REALLY FASTER than PCMCIA Fast Ethernet cards

I have a PCMCIA Fast Ethernet card at the moment (3Com 3C574) and was
thinking about getting a Cardbus Network card.

Would I see much of an improvement in download/upload speeds?
