I'm trying to run Redhat 6.0 on an old Intergraph TDZ2000.
It has an Intel EtherExpress Pro 100+ ethernet card.
When installing RedHat, it detects the card as being an Intel EtherExpress
Pro 100 card (without the '+'). The kernel module eepro100 is linked and
from that momenton, the machine freeses up at boot time when initialising
eth0.
I tried installing the redhat without network, and then configure the
network myself, but same thing, the moment I link the eepro100 driver, the
machine hangs.
From the info I found on the network, I know that the 100+ is not supported
everywhere, but maybe any of you have a lead for me?
thanks in advance.
