Very Computer

First of all sorry for my bad english ;)
I have a problem with the anonymous (ftp) account:
it can't browse files that are in my /home/ftp folder and
it can't upload files in the /home/ftp/pub folder.
I have put /bin/ls in the /home/ftp/bin folder  and
/etc/passwd and /etc/group in the /home/ftp/etc folder but
it did'nt work.
