2.2 Kernel Compilation Error IP_MASQ on AXP

1. Error compiling IP_MASQ in 2.2.x on Multia

This is a kernel compilation error on both 2.2-pre9 and 2.2.0 (if
there's a difference) on DEC Alpha Multia/UDB (RedHat 5.2 standard
compiler, etc.)
