Anytime you have a connection delay that is a multiple of 30 seconds, your
likely problem is with the nameserver configuration.
This connection delay can be caused by a problem at either end, because
the destination machine usually looks up the name of the source machine
for logging and authentication purposes.
If the delay is in the initial connection, the likely problem is on the
source end.
If the connection is made immediately but the prompt takes 60 seconds,
the likely problem is at the destination.
