or does he listen to your routing information and propagate it to
the world ? That's what is needed to add a net to the big bustling
Internet, you can't do it without the collaboration from (and
payment to) a provider, who then forwards it to the next bigger
provider etc. Have you done that ? If not, people will get "ICMP Host
Unreachable-s" (as I am now) when trying to connect to your net.
