Problem: "last bit set to zero" from pppd

Problem: "last bit set to zero" from pppd

Post by HughLawrenc » Sun, 19 Dec 1999 04:00:00

I was hoping someone might explain the following:
I am able to connect/authenticate at my ISP and stay on for about 10 sec.
Then ppd tells me that all bytes received are 7 bits only, the last bit always
set to zero. ?como?
Any help appreciated.
