Hello,
I am looking for software that I can use to test performance on my
server. In particularily,
i need to determine: 1) Disk I/O, 2) File server capabilities, 3) Web
server performace, 4)Ftp server performance, 5) effect of high number of
telneted-in users on the system, 6) DNS Performace

If you know where can find software to do any of the above tasks, please
reply(reply to the sender as well as to the newsgroup please).

For Disk I/O you can use Bonnie (http://ftp.sunet.se/pub/benchmark/Bonnie).
For Web server performance there is a program called 'ab' in the
apache-distribution.
