Hi, folks.

Here's the thing -- We've got a network printer with a que on a Netware
3.x server. I can print using nprint, but I wanted to see if I can
configure it for use within applications. I run printtool, but it only
provides nfs and smb, not ncp. Or am I wrong?

How do I configure it to use with little pain?

I have the same environment.
Simply create a Q for the printer using the print tool that comes with
redhat.
Also apply the appropriate IP address and that should be all you need.

To be able to print from the Apps you need to give it the full path to the
print Q.
i.e. if you named the printer HP4, the command would be
lpr -PHP4 "NO its not a typo, you must apply the capital P" or may be this
is only in my case.
