You will have to either use a program like ipmasqadm to port forward
connections from a public IP address (most likely your firewall or masq'ing
server) to the internal machine. Failing that, you can use a program called
"redir" to redirect the ports 20 and 21 to the desired machine.
If both of those tactics fail, then you can use a program called "rinetd"
which is a port redirector which can redirect incoming ports for you.
