we use here
squid as http-proxy http://www.nnlanr.net/Squid/
socks for ftp,telnet http://www.socks.nec.com
and some parts of tis-fwtk http://www.tis.com
All of this proxys runs here without problems.

If you need monstruese proxy, get squid. If you need a little-little proxy,
use webproxy (to find it, ask archie for webproxy.tgz).

1. Recomendations sought for bug tracking software
We are looking for software to run under Unix to track bug reports and
generally act a customer support database. ie we want something that
holds details of users, problems and fixes, for many products, with
multiple concurrent access and report generating facilities. It would
be nice if it ran under X too.
Please reply by email if you have had any experiences with, or sell,
this type of software. If there's interest I`ll summarize responses.
