Using Win NT as app server from Linux & NCSA httpd

Post by Jim Conl » Sat, 20 Jan 1996 04:00:00

I have an interesting project coming up in a couple of weeks where
I will try to set up an NT system for running SAS reports.  I want
access to this app server from a linux box that is running NCSA
httpd, with the reports being sent back through httpd.  Both systems
will be connected through an ethernet, with the Linux box acting as
a firewall.

Anyone have any ideas on this?

Thanks

1. Server: NCSA Httpd Client: Netscape 3.0 Frames won't work HELP !

I'm running into a strange problem.
Just set up the NCSA httpd 1.52 server
on Solaris 2.4 for testing some stuff out.

I can't seem to get frames working with
this server and the Netscape Navigator 3.0 Gold client.
I get the code in the <NOFRAMES> block as if the browser
isn't frame enabled. But, on my other sites ( running
netscape enterprize server for example) I have no problem
with getting frames with the same client. With Internet Explhorror
it works fine.

What's the malfunction ?? :-(
