Very Computer

I've tried to set up my ipchains, but on keep on NOT succeeding.

Anyone got scripts for setting up this plain setup?:

isdn             router/server                workstation
--------------->                <------------>

the workstation may send anything out.
only http, ftp, icmp, udp, pop3, napster, realplay may come in
the router must masquerade to make the internet available to the inside.

it seems to me this is the basic setup of an normal office
router/firewall.

Take a look at http://seawall.sourceforge.net. I've tried to make this
firewall as easy as possible to set up in a home/home office environment.
