2.2.3 (same problem with 2.2.2) kernel
I can connect to the internet fine. However when I try to use demand
dialing pppd, it doesn't work..
if I dont set a remote address, it complains. fine. I set a remote
address and pppd doesnt work, spitting the error:
pppd: ioctl(SIOCSIFDSTADDR): Cannot assign requested address(99)
debug lock modem crtscts /dev/modem 38400 \
asyncmap 20A0000 escape FF kdebug 0 :10.0.0.69 \
mtu 576 mru 576 noipdefault idle 720 \
demand ipcp-accept-local ipcp-accept-remote \
netmask 255.255.255.0 defaultroute
I am at a complete loss at why this happens to only me.
