PPP SETUP HELP

Post by Jeff Riffl » Fri, 03 Jan 1997 04:00:00

Can you help me connect my Caldera Network Desktop to My dedicated IP at
my ISP?

Any help is appreciated, I've been wading throug faqs and newsgroups for
a week and I'm not getting very far.

I start the connection by typing the following

  ->>     /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/./ifup-ppp ifcfg-ppp  <<-

I connect, then the script comes back with "ppp could not connect to
0.0.0.0" (i've also tried with the actual IP in place of the 0.0.0.0,
same result.

Well if you can help, heres my config files....
