Have you recompiled the kernel to explicitly include support for this card?
Otherwise, you'll have to set up the module parameters, as redhat includes
support for all network cards as modules in their default install.

The default RedHat kernel has the various network card drivers as
modules, which get inserted on demand.  You only use the kernel
arguments for drivers which are compiled into the kernel.

There is a kerneld GUI configuration program in the RedHat toolbox.
You need to create an alias for eth0 to "depca" (which is the module
you want it to load for eth0), and you may need an "options" line for
eth0 to specify the irq and io (see the modules section in the NET
HOWTO).
