I'm looking for a specific tunelling protocol implemented for linux.
I need it to transfer data with UDP.
The entries to the tunnel are required as a network devices.
Does anyone know such protocol?

More explanation on it - maybe it was not clear:Quote:>I'm looking for a specific tunelling protocol implemented for linux.

I'm looking for tunneling of IP (for example) via UDP.
Simply I can't use IPSEC or something like this thru masquerading devices -
becase special protocols (ESP,...) are not suppored on those devices.
Maybe there is an extension to linux kernel that allows such tunneling.
If not I will implement my own.
Thanks in advance

1. Tunelling RS232 over UDP(TCP?)
Hi,
before reinventing the wheel ...
Looking for a driver/application/idea to transparently tunnel async
data from device1 connected to rs232 port of PC-based Linux station,
across an IP network to device2 also attached to rs232 port of another
Linux PC.
Something like http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/700/14.shtml
