If the card is PnP and came with a DOS utility to set the I/O base and IRQ
did you use it? (Just checking) Did you compile in the NE2000 driver? Have
you tried passing its resources on the command line? I use lilo and had to
use the append command for my D-Link card. You might want to try adding the
following to your lilo.conf file: append = "ether=10,0x200,eth0"
