NFS and 2 Net interface

NFS and 2 Net interface

I have two SMC EtherPower cards installed in
a Gateway P166 on the same subnet.

I have added a filesystem to the /etc/exports.

When I do the mount command to one interface (1a)
it just hangs and nothing happens.

When I do the mount command to the other interface (1b)
then it gets mounted properly.

  The /var/log/messages on the "server" say . . .
Nov 25 11:10:54 (1a) mountd[13470]: NFS client "client" tried to access /some/exported/file/system

  The /var/log/messages on the client say . . .
Nov 26 10:56:29 jlangley kernel: nfs_fhget: getattr error = 512
Nov 26 10:56:29 jlangley kernel: nfs_read_super: get root inode failed

  Thanks
